Frequently asked questions

Apply to become an instructor, then use the instructor dashboard to plan your curriculum, upload your lessons and resources, and submit the course for review. Once approved, it's published to learners.

Start with clear learning outcomes, then organize content into short, focused lessons grouped into logical sections. Mix video with text, examples, and quizzes so learners stay engaged and can check their understanding.

Script your lessons before recording, keep videos under ten minutes where possible, and record in a quiet, well-lit space. Review each section as a learner would, and update the course as feedback comes in.

A decent microphone matters more than an expensive camera — a modern phone records fine video. For editing and slides, free tools like DaVinci Resolve, OBS Studio, and Canva are more than enough to get started.

Write a clear title and description that name the outcome and audience, and add a strong cover image and preview video. Share the course link with your network and ask early students for honest reviews.

Post short, useful tips related to your topic on the platforms your audience already uses, and link back to your course. Build an email list and send occasional updates — consistent, helpful content earns trust over time.

Answer questions promptly, welcome new students, and add practical exercises that invite learners to apply each lesson. Periodic announcements and updated content show the course is active and cared for.

Watch where learners drop off, which lessons get replayed, and your completion and rating trends. Those signals tell you which sections to shorten, clarify, or expand.

Look for patterns rather than reacting to a single review — repeated comments point to real problems. Prioritize fixes that affect the most learners, update the affected lessons, and let students know what changed.
